I started Rocky Mountain Hired because I grew tired of watching good businesses waste precious time on broken hiring systems.

I've watched brilliant candidates get passed over for reasons that had nothing to do with whether they could do the actual work. I've watched hiring managers struggle because no one ever taught them how to interview, only to be blamed when a hire didn't work out. And I've watched employers and job seekers become more disconnected than ever, thanks to “innovations” that couldn't innovate their way out of a spiral notebook.

I'm not a national recruiting firm with layers of management or call centers halfway around the world.

I'm your neighbor up County Road 281. There's a cistern in my front yard. My mailbox is two miles away from my house.
